Kool Seal® Storm Patch® Acrylic Concrete Primer is a highly alkali and efforescence resistant primer that can be applied to concrete surfaces with a pH of 6 to 13.

Clean Up: Warm, soapy water
Coverage Rate: Apply at 250 sq ft per gallon. Allow additional surface area by multiplying total sq ft by 1.15 for corrugated and irregular metal surfaces.
Dry Time: Exposure to rain or heavy dew: 4 hours. Between coats and before foot traffic: 24 hours minimum. 7 days full cure. This product should be top coated within 14 days. If left uncoated for a longer period of time, surface may need to be washed before coating.
