Kool Seal® Elastomeric MB Base Coat White is formulated using a 100% acrylic polymer specially designed for use as a base coat for modified bitumen and asphaltic surfaces, providing outstanding adhesion prior to installing Kool Seal® Elastomeric Finish Coats.

Clean Up: Warm, soapy water
Coverage Rate: Apply at 50-100 sq ft per gallon per coat. Rough/porous surfaces will require additional coating. Must be top coated with Kool Seal Elastomeric Finish Coats.
Dry Time: Exposure to rain or heavy dew: 4-6 hours. Between coats and before foot traffic: 24 hours minimum
Uses: As a basecoat for asphaltic substrates including Modified Bitumen and BUR
