Kool Seal® Premium Elastomeric Base Coat is a 100% acrylic roof coating designed to provide maximum adhesion to all surfaces. It’s ability to expand and contract with the roof provides long lasting protection and provides an excellent surface for application of Kool Seal Elastomeric Finish Coats.

Clean Up: Warm, soapy water
Coverage Rate: Apply at 50-100 sq ft per gallon per coat. Rough/porous surfaces will require additional coating. Must be top coated with Kool Seal Elastomeric Finish Coats.
Dry Time: Exposure to rain or heavy dew: 4-6 hours. Between coats and before foot traffic: 24 hours minimum
Uses: As a base coat for metal, concrete, spray polyurethane foam and other approved substrates
